Shipping Policy

Hey there! We want to get your order to you quickly and discreetly, so here's the scoop on shipping:

Age Verification: Just a heads up, we only sell to folks 21 and older. Please double-check before placing your order!

Order Processing: We hustle to get your order shipped ASAP, but sometimes high demand means a little wait (think peak seasons). Most orders are out the door within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs: We offer two options: flat rate shipping, or free shipping if you hit the threshold (check the product page for details!).

Where We Ship: Currently, we only ship within the US and can't fulfill orders to APO/FPO or international addresses.

Address Check: Double-check your address! If it's incomplete (missing apartment number, wrong zip code) and the package gets sent back, you might be responsible for reshipping costs. Additionally, if it can't be delivered and is returned to us, there's a 25% restocking fee.

Hazardous Materials: Heads up, we can't currently ship anything considered HAZMAT due to extra fees and regulations.

Delivery Times: We do our best to get your order to you fast, but sometimes things outside our control can delay shipping (think bad weather or carrier issues).

Lost or Damaged Packages: If something goes wrong with your order during shipping, don't hesitate to contact us! Let us know as soon as possible and we'll work hard to fix the issue and get you your stuff.
