For nearly two decades, our family-owned shop has been a Wilmington staple, blending the soulful spirit of the Grateful Dead with the ancient wisdom of Althea, the Greek Goddess of Healing.

Shipping Policy
For all orders over $100 we offer free shipping!
We offer discreet shipping for all our products to customers who are 21 years old or older. Please ensure that you meet the legal age requirement before placing an order with us.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
We ship via USPS and UPS and offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of the order and the shipping address.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses. We currently only ship within the United States.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the shipping address.
In the unlikely event that your package is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Returns and Refund Policy
Important information about delivery and returns
To qualify for a return: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non returnable Items include: Open or used products; Glass or accessories that show signs of wear, residue, or damage after delivery; Consumable products (unless defective upon arrival)
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@altheasattic420.com
Please include: Order number; Description of the issue; Photos of the damaged item.
This will enable us to process a refund or replacement when appropriate.
Return Process

Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Returned items must be received in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective. For all other situations, a return and repurchase may be required.
